Name: Anna
Age:      20
Home: South Carolina

Family's Names and Ages:
Michael~ 25
Brooke~ 10 months (born 09/17/04)

Occupation:
Stay at home mom now. Before I was working as a cashier.

If I had a day to myself...:

Clean my house from top to bottom! And vacuum my sofa off, my baby cries every time she hears me turn on the vacuum! Luckily we have hardwood floors throughout the house!

Money Saving Tips:
Buy kids' clothes in the off season when they're marked down really cheap even if you have to store them for awhile. And don't be too good for hand-me downs or thrift store finds.

Bargain Hunting Strategies:
Wal-Mart always has great clothes on sale for kids. I just got my daughter 3 sweaters she'll wear this winter for $1.00 each. I shop at Dollar General for my canned goods, mac & cheese, & tea bags. It's the same thing you get at any other store, just a lot cheaper! And when Dollar General marks their clothes down at the end of each season you can get things super cheap. I got my daughter PJs and a little shirt for 50 cent each! Family Dollar is a great place to shop for baby clothes too! You can get an outfit for $4.00 I also like to go into the thrift store every so often to look through the clothes. I found my baby a Tommy shirt and dress for $1.29 each that looked as though they have never been worn.

Organization:
All the hand-me down clothes or clothes that I buy for my daughter on sale that are too big for her now I store in Rubbermaid containers and go through every couple of months to see what she can wear now.  I also buy the small round clothes baskets at Wal-Mart for 94 cent and store the little toys she plays with the most so I don't have to dig around in the toy box all the time. I also have one of the baskets for our socks that are matched up and one for all her shoes! It saves a lot of time than having to search all over for two socks or shoes that match!
